Our Project Services Include:

• 24/7 Trouble Call Response: We provide around-the-clock service for power interruptions, typically involving failed or damaged non-utility equipment or power disruptions on privately-owned systems.

• Live line equipment and PPE testing: We offer testing services for all commonly used live line tools – Grip-all, telescopic, switch sticks, insulated pole saws, hot-line cutters. Di-electric testing of insulated aerial devices – bucket and digger derrick trucks. Rubber goods testing such as gloves, cover up, sleeves, blankets. 

• Overhead and Underground Systems: We specialize in the construction and maintenance of both utility and non-utility overhead and underground systems, with capabilities up to 35kV. We offer underground cable and fault location, as well as VLF + tan delta medium voltage cable withstand testing as per IEEE.  
• Substations: We offer full-service construction, commissioning, and maintenance for both utility and non-utility substations, including those for industrial sites and wind farms.
• Routine Maintenance: Our team performs regular maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of high-voltage substation equipment, including:

• • • Transformers – Turns ratio, Winding Resistance, Insulation Resistance, Doble Power Factor, Sweep Frequency, DGA, Bushing testing, Protective devices such as gas/pressure relays and temperature gauges
    • Tap Changer Maintenance – on load tap-changer oil filter installation, visual and electrical inspection per manufacturer recommendations on ABB, FPE and other tap-changers.
    • Circuit Breakers and Circuit Switchers – Timing tests, contact resistance, insulation resistance, Doble Power Factor, minimum trip/close, anti-pump testing, SF6 gas testing, vacuum bottle ac withstand
    • Disconnect Switches – Contact resistance, Visual inspection, cleaning and lubrication
    • Reclosers – Oil recloser maintenance and repair, contact resistance, timing, insulation resistance, Doble power factor, ac withstand testing, control testing including trip curve settings
    • Voltage Regulators – Full maintenance as per manufacturer specifications, Turns ratio, winding resistance, Doble Power factor, control testing
    • Current & Voltage Transformers – Turns ratio, insulation resistance, doble power factor, knee point, winding resistance, burden testing
    • Capacitor Banks – Capacitance tests, insulation tests, visual inspection
    • Battery Bank – Testing and maintenance as per IEEE-450, load tests, visual inspection, strap resistance, impedance testing, portable 125VDC battery bank
    • Relay Programming and Testing: We provide relay programming and testing services to ensure proper operation and protection of power systems
    • Oil sampling and analysis – Dissolved gas analysis and sampling of power transformer oil
  • Assembly, Commissioning, & Testing: We handle the assembly, commissioning, and testing of new equipment, including high vacuum filling (degasification) of power transformers and handling of SF6 gasses.
  • Utility and Industrial Switchgear Installations: We install and maintain utility and industrial switchgear to ensure power systems are operating safely and efficiently.
  • Procurement Services: We assist in the procurement of electrical equipment and powerline construction materials on behalf of clients or their designers, ensuring the right tools and materials are available for each project.
  • Design Services: We offer design services for smaller-scale projects, such as overhead and underground lines (less than 500m), area lighting, and the installation of protective equipment like fused switches, reclosers, and lightning arresters.
