Established in 2006 by Earl Holland, Holland Power Services has grown into one of the most reliable storm response teams in the industry. With nearly 20 years of experience, Earl recognized the increasing demand for dependable power restoration services due to severe and frequent weather events. What began as E. Holland Contracting Inc. with only a handful of trucks and people, has evolved into a powerhouse of well over 1,000 skilled lineworkers and professionals and a huge fleet of line tricks and cutting-edge equipment, ensuring we are always ready to restore power when clients need it most.

Our Capabilities

• 350+ Line Trucks: Our expansive fleet is equipped to respond safely, reliably, and efficiently during power outages.
• Strategic Locations: With seven (7) Division Offices each strategically positioned in Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, and Maine we have partnered with utilities in the US along the eastern seaboard, the Gulf Coast, and the Midwest. We have of course also supported customers in eastern Canada and have even helped restore power in the Bahamas! We simply will go anywhere, at any time, to support our clients.

• Alectra Family: In 2021, Holland Power Services joined the Alectra family, further expanding our capabilities.
• Largest Team in Eastern Canada: With Alectra’s acquisition of Gagnon Line Construction in 2024, we now are the largest power restoration response team in Eastern Canada. Allow us to be your easy button!
